Opened in 1956, the Salymar Hotel was the first hospitality establishment which was built in San Fernando, Cádiz. In order to turn the hotel into a symbol of the new era, the architects Casto Fernández-Shaw and Antonio Sanchez Esteve were commissioned to design a functional and discreet building, since the location in Calle Real was already a representative aspect to be taken into account. In 2003, the Salymar Hotel underwent deep remodelling works to recover the original facade of the building and to offer a wide range of services in its 55 rooms, always ready to surprise you and make you feel at home.
